Apple Watch/ iPhone app loud alarm

When you have Apple Watch on and the alarm sounds off there is no sound to the alarm only a vibration on the Apple Watch. Only a haptic notification on the Apple Watch when it goes off. No sound from Apple Watch or phone at all. Please fix the issue.
